1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Time Frame: You have 5-7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Refunds

  • Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-14 days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with the same item at no extra cost. Please contact us within 3-5 days to arrange an exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as custom-made products or perishable goods, are not eligible for return. This will be indicated at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Refund: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
