Bring your schematic or concept, and we’ll turn it into a fully fabricated, assembled and tested printed circuit board optimized for performance, reliability and cost.

  • Full fabrication: from board material selection (FR4, high-TG, aluminium-backed, etc) through to surface finish, via technology, micro/HD routing if required.
  • Assembly & component sourcing: we handle sourcing of parts, assembly (SMT, through-hole, mixed), and integration into sub-assemblies if needed.
  • Testing & validation support: functional test development, boundary-scan / ICT options, pre-production verification and readiness for volume manufacturing.
  • Design for manufacturability (DFM) and cost optimisation: we help make sure your board is manufacturable at scale, with minimal waste, rework and cost risk.

What we’ll need from you:

  • Your specification: outline of functionality, input/output parameters, current/voltage levels, size/footprint constraints, thermal & mechanical environment.
  • Existing schematics or functional block diagrams (if applicable) or a conceptual description of how it should behave.
  • Target volumes (prototypes, small batch, mass production) and any special regulatory, safety or certification constraints.
  • Preferred board dimensions, layer count, board material or process constraints (if known).
  • Any preferred component vendors or part numbers (if you have them) or a target budget if you wish component cost to be managed tightly.

  2. Proposal & design kick-off – We’ll review your requirements, offer optimisations, and produce a design brief + quote.
  3. Design & review – Our team delivers layout files, Gerbers, BOM and assembly drawings for your review and approval.
  4. Fabrication & assembly – Once approved, we move into board fabrication, component sourcing and assembly.
  5. Testing & delivery – We perform our standard testing and deliver the assembled boards ready for your system integration.
  6. Production handover – When you’re ready to scale, we transfer the design into our volume-manufacturing process and provide ongoing support.
